STRATIQ ("STRATIQ," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Proodos Technologies LLC, Doral, Florida, USA. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the STRATIQ application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information: your name, email address, and role (player or coach), collected when you register or are invited to STRATIQ.

Performance data you provide: golf round scores, shot-by-shot data, club selection, putting and scrambling statistics, dispersion mapping (including approximate shot locations relative to a hole), and any notes or plans you create in the app.

Course and location data: course names and hole layouts you select or calibrate, sourced from third-party course databases and, where you choose to use satellite/live-map features, approximate geographic coordinates of your recorded shots.

Usage and device data: basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and app interaction data used to keep the service working correctly.

We use the information above to:

- Calculate performance metrics such as Strokes Gained, Competitive Readiness Index, and Monte Carlo scoring forecasts.
- Generate personalized practice plans and tournament strategy suggestions, including through the use of AI-based analysis.
- Let coaches you are connected to on a team view your readiness and performance summaries.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the app, including diagnosing technical issues.
- Communicate with you about your account or the service.

STRATIQ is built on Base44, which provides account authentication, hosting, and backend infrastructure. Signing in with Google is handled through Google's own authentication service. Course data may be sourced from third-party golf course databases, and map imagery from Google Maps. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their service to us and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

If you join a team, the coach who manages that team can see your readiness scores, round summaries, and related performance data for the purpose of roster and event selection. You can see which team(s) you belong to inside the app.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time from within the app's account settings, or by contacting us using the details below.

STRATIQ is used by competitive golfers of varying ages, including elite juniors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update your account information within the app, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
