Terms of Service

By creating an account or using STRATIQ (the "Service"), operated by Proodos Technologies LLC ("STRATIQ," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

STRATIQ is a competitive golf performance intelligence platform. It provides performance analytics, readiness scoring, forecasting, and practice recommendations based on data you and, where applicable, your coach provide. STRATIQ is a decision support tool. It does not replace professional coaching, medical advice, or your own judgment, and we make no guarantee about competitive outcomes, scores, or advancement to any tier.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

If you are invited to or join a team, you agree that the coach managing that team may view your performance data as described in our Privacy Policy. Coaches are responsible for using player data appropriately and in accordance with any applicable organizational or federation policies.

Certain features of STRATIQ may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in accordance with the terms shown at checkout.

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service's analytics or AI-generated content for purposes unrelated to your own golf performance.

STRATIQ and its underlying technology, analytics methods, and branding are owned by Proodos Technologies LLC. You retain ownership of the round and performance data you input, and you grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Performance forecasts, readiness scores, and practice recommendations are estimates based on available data and statistical modeling; they are not guarantees of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proodos Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
